IN THE WILD ROCKY MOUNTAINS
Located in Northwestern Colorado, Hellander Outfitting specializes in mountain lion, elk, bear, antelope, and mule deer hunts. We provide five full days of hunting. We also provide hound training and exercise. Hellander Outfitting, a family-owned and operated business, hunts in units throughout 50,000 acres of private land as well as all BLM in the White River and Little Snake River BLM Management Areas, and the White River and Routt National Forest. We are licensed for mountain lions in all of these areas as well as the Bears Ears/ Haun’s Peak National Forest. All or part of this operation is conducted on Public Lands under special permits from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and the National Forest. Hellander Outfitting is operating under a special use permit on the Blanco RD of the White River National Forest. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Thank you and your son for a truly awesome elk hunting experience! From the camp, to the mules, and to the guides, hats off! I’ve been on elk hunts before and hunt this was! Dry and hot season so the elk weren’t doing much of anything but hiding from us. You guys did everything possible to get us (hunters) on a bull! Everyone had an opportunity at least once. People, if you’re any kind of hunter and outdoorsmen, or women, than ya gotta try this outfitter. I had a total hip replacement 2 and a half months before the hunt and Kirk (himself) and Bronc (his son) did everything to help me hunt!
